After weeks or months of working five days a week, I get to the point where I’d really like to find some warm weather by a pool or the beach and just park myself. I figure I’m like most everyone else in needing to keep a careful watch over the budget. It seems likely that we’ll need to put off the expensive trips for the time being. There are a few places with hot weather, hotels with pools, the beach and a few opportunities for saving a little money.

California is one place to consider, and if you’re looking for warmer weather you should think SoCal. You will find mile after mile of beautiful beaches, and places to stay not far from the water. I think you’ll find many tips and good advice that you won’t find anywhere else on the internet.

There are quite a few websites offering travel deals to fun warm-weather places like Southern California, and that includes Legoland discounts. Cancun,  Mexico is another candidate if you’re looking for even warmer weather.

A trip to Cancun in the spring or summer can be a smart choice, and you are likely to find Cancun travel and hotel deals and discounts if you do some research on the web. The Hotel Zone has over 100 hotels, most of which have beach frontage. One thing that is not lacking in Cancun is warm weather.

If you do wish to visit Central America, Cancun is just one of many great resort areas. Take a look at other places such as Anguilla and Antigua. Spend some time up front doing research so you learn about the culture and background of the place, and also to make sure you can come to wise decisions during your trip. Of course the internet makes this kind of research amazingly easy; what did we do before the Web came along?
